As a young man, he served his country in the United States Navy and was stationed aboard the USS Essex during the Korean War. In 1955, Frank married the love of his life, Darlene, who was born and raised here in Idaho. Frank and Darlene loved to travel the world and were always looking for an adventure. Several of the countries they visited were: Africa, Europe, Japan, Canada, Mexico and Franks favorite, Thailand. Their home is filled with treasures collected during these excursions. Frank and Darlene also inherited some lovely antiques from their parents as well. (Franks parents were born in 1902 and Darlene's in 1913) Some of the wonderful treasures you will find are, an Antique drop leaf table- fromDarlene's parent's, Antique Oak desk- was Frank's parents this came from an Assembly of god church in Twin Falls. Antique China- from Franks parent's, Naval uniform- from Frank's service, Antique Oak curved front curio cabinet-from Darlene's parents, Original Thomas Kincaid painting ""The Good Life"", A metal sculpture hand made by Frank's dear friend, Gus's Flower's, and a work bench hand made by Frank sixty two years ago. The top was made from a bowling alley of the Twin Falls Bowladrome.
