There are Toys - New and Used - including hundreds of Hot Wheels Die-Cast Cars, all new in pack! There are also larger 20 pack sets and some of the slightly older 8/9/10 packs too! There is all of his remaining NASCAR die-cast cars and haulers as well.

There are thousands of sportscards and Pokemon cards. This is a hobby we love, we buy and sell to keep our addiction going BUT I do not have the cycles to get through his piles. There are hundreds of autograph cards, hundreds of memorabilia and relic cards, hundreds of numbered cards. Lots of Baseball, lots of Football and probably a few hundred basketball as well.

I have a habit of putting all of my spare cards from sets in team albums, there is a MEGA huge San Francisco Giants album, a Mega Huge Houston Astros album, a HUGE Atlanta Braves album....

There is also a few 'starter collection' aimed at getting kids interested. One is all Topps inserts and the other is Allstars, MVPs, Cy Young, Hall of Famers only....fun!

Pokemon cards - He pulled all of his duplicates and made a big box to pick through.

Household things? I saw a few candles and body wash/lotion items my wife put in the pile, some small appliances, some decor items.

Vintage items - There is a large bag of vintage post cards. These postcards appear to be from about 100 years ago, many are stamped. Lots are local sites which is why I kept them. They are for sale as one large lot to clean them out and put them in the hands of a collector.
