Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms filled with gently used mattresses & box springs in every size. The house will be renovated, so even things like cabinets, granite countertops, and the entire cherry & Corian kitchen will be for sale including the high end appliances. There will be something for everyone. And yes the house itself will be for sale, just not yet as we will be renovating it, so if you are interested we can custom finish it for you.
