Wow 20 years and going strong. This is the Second one in a New Location but with the Same Great Fun and Finds!! We are so happy to announce that we will be hosting our 20th Annual Derby Day Sale. Even though last year was pretty much a washout the Warehouse Sale was successful and several of our loyal vendors and customers braved the rain. This year I think the weather will be good. Our warehouse is on Hamilton Avenue - a short dead-end street, so we have room to grow and spread out. There is also an off-street parking lot you can use for parking that day. There will be a bunch of vendors like before bringing wonderful things - items like our Jewelry Designer Vendor who sells gorgeous vintage sterling silver jewelry in rings, earrings, bracelets, brooches and necklaces, art, household goods, nifty décor, books, LP's, 45's, & CD's, antiques, collectibles, tools and various other goods the vendors choose to bring and sell. One year we had a Pair of Victoria Secret's Angel Wings - so who knows. Always a great buying opportunity for the savvy hunter. Our vendors usually only accept cash. Renaissance will also accept credit cards for purchases of over $20.00 or greater, but of course, cash is king. Renaissance will be opening our old warehouse on this day with limited access to sell off 30 years of accumulated furniture projects and architectural salvage items such as Victorian Doors, large Oak Mantel, shutters and staircase spindles. This is our personal rough room. There will be very few items priced at over $50.00. Most items will be priced from $5.00 to $25.00. Items include chairs, tables, buffets, hutches, vertical steamer trunk and chests. There are several work benches for sale.We are still digging out, who knows what we will find and offer. To enter the warehouse, you will be required to be with a Renaissance by Design worker. You must be able to move items yourself, so bring help if you want big or heavy items. If interest is great, we may hand out numbers to enter the warehouse. We may also set up a table or two ourselves. You may want to bring some blue painters’ tape and a marker to claim and hold your items as you pick. Our other partner, who is a remodeler, will also be selling off various construction type items and tools. He has several windows and doors plus other building materials as he goes thru his warehouse. There is a new in box Spray Booth for sale and a great set of lockers from Trinity HS also for sale. We also will be selling some solid walnut custom made paneling, vintage shutters, Victorian doors, wonderful flat Steamer Trunk, tools and ???? Still unpacking and sorting. There is a new in box Spray Booth for sale and a great set of lockers from Trinity HS also for sale. The other vendors will be setting up outside, some under tent as usual. We will also be inviting the few neighbors on the street, hopefully they will want to participate in front of their house. We will be selling until the shoppers head off to a Derby Party about 3PM. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063626468204#" 2, 38.12083300, -85.61847800, "6834 Arbor Manor Way, Louisville, KY", "Moving Sale - Basement full of goodies.
