Most of my regulars are resellers. I don't sell junk that I don't want anymore, as most garage sales do. I sell the contents of Estates that I liquidate.   

What if it rains?  Most of the stuff is in the garage, so as long as its not pouring rain, I would still be open.  If the big door is open the sale is open.
