The pecan has not been used and is like brand new. It's no good for a small room. The headboard and frame thing are adjustable from full to queen size. There's a large, gilded style mirror and antique sofa. Also, a dining room table with 6 chairs. Pedestal style with the extension leaf. All furniture must go. If it rains us out SAT> will be there Sunday. If the whole weekend gets washed- out, we'll reschedule with a posting. This is Sunset hills neighborhood annual community yard sale event too.
