There are about 20 long boxes of standard comics not counting  graphic novels , artwork , pulp magazines, fanzines, movie posters etc.. That is about 5000 comic books
While there are boxes of DC and marvel comics many at $1-5 each (probably over 1000 DCs and indy comics going back 30 and sometimes 40 years are $1 with quantity discounts) Key issues and earlier books are  at  higher prices- there are also Golden age comics- kid comics of all types, manga, war comics ,undergrounds, feminist, gay/lesbian  and black culture comics -comic strip reprints from the 1920s to present. Want a copy of Eskimo Comics It is there! The garage will be full. There will be over 150 graphic novels including Europeans ones at $2-5 each. Also a box of comic strip reprint books and comic books reprinting strips.
A few things of note :
A lot of science fiction pulps (large size not digests) at 2 for $25 10 for $100 also some shadows weird tales at higher prices 
If time allows 5 trays of vintage paperbacks at $2 each 6 for $10 check with me on these as sorting the comics comes first
