But once the auction begins on Saturday, one at a time, each item will come “up on the block”. Bidders will have a final chance to place bids on that item. If someone places a bid at the last second, the clock sets back to 20 seconds which allows other bidders to decide it they want to bid again. That item will stay “on the block” until bidding stops and the the timer runs out. This eliminates bidders from “sniping” at the last second. Sniping is not really beneficial as the timer will always reset when a bid is placed and it may cost you the item if there is any type of lag or buffering in the internet service.  Some of the “tricks”...you can pre-bid on items throughout the week prior to the auction and then the final bidding will happen at the FINALONLINE AUCTION date specified. We recommend if you really like an item, you place a MAX bid (this is the most you are willing to pay for the item and the auction platform will automatically bid for you up to that amount in predetermined increments) on it OR logging in 10 minutes prior to the start of the LIVE ONLINE auction to be ready to bid on the item.
