<![CDATA[THIS IS NOT A REPEAT — PHASE 2 IS EVEN BIGGER! Oregon City, OR 97045
October 8–10 | 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
If you came to Phase 1, you already know the road.
But you haven't seen this sale.
Phase 2 of Down the Lane & Back in Time is NOT a repeat of the first weekend. We didn't simply straighten the tables, put everything back out and call it Phase 2.
We've opened up MORE. We've brought out MORE. And somehow, Phase 2 has turned out to be even BIGGER than Phase 1.
This property had far too much to put out at once. That's why we split it into two completely separate phases in the first place.
Since the doors closed on Phase 1, we've continued working our way through the property—opening closets, clearing rooms, digging through storage, unpacking boxes and bringing out an entirely new round of discoveries.
And there was a lot more hiding here than we expected.
So if you shopped Phase 1, come back. There is a tremendous amount you haven't seen.
If you missed Phase 1, don't worry—you didn't miss the story. Phase 2 stands completely on its own, and it's the bigger chapter.
You'll find vintage and collectible pieces, household goods, décor, furniture, artwork, kitchenware, clothing, useful everyday items, unusual finds and plenty of those wonderfully random things that make a good old-fashioned estate sale worth digging through.
 And we're still uncovering things.
Take the turn. Head back down the country road. Follow the lane through the fields and come see what was waiting behind the things you saw the first time.
PHASE 2 IS NOT LEFTOVERS. IT'S NOT A REPEAT. AND IT'S BIGGER THAN PHASE 1. SALE DETAILS

<![CDATA[Prepare yourself for one of the most spectacular estate sales we've ever had the privilege of hosting!
Set on the grounds of a beautiful Oregon vineyard, this extraordinary event offers a rare opportunity to explore an exceptional estate surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Whether you're a collector, wine enthusiast, or simply enjoy discovering unique treasures, this is a sale you won't want to miss.
One of the highlights of this event is an incredible offering of 2008 Pinot Noir, available by the case only. Massive quantities of professionally stored wine will be available for purchase, making this a truly unique opportunity for collectors, entertaining, or stocking your cellar. All wine sales will be conducted under the vineyard's OLCC license and in accordance with Oregon liquor laws.
Please note that this wine was produced in 2008, and due to its age and long-term storage, individual cases may contain one or more bottles with imperfections, including damaged labels, cosmetic wear, or bottles that may not meet collector-grade standards. The wine is being offered as-is, and all sales are final. No test tasting.
Beyond the wine, you'll find a beautifully appointed home filled with quality furnishings, artwork, décor, kitchenware, collectibles, outdoor items, and countless unique treasures waiting to be discovered. Every room offers something special, making this an unforgettable shopping experience.
Bring your friends, arrive early, and plan to spend some time enjoying this incredible property and everything it has to offer. We look forward to welcoming you to one of the most memorable estate sales of the season.
