Lots 1–84: The Albert Grossman Collection These lots come from Grossman’s Bearsville estate near Woodstock, New York. One of the most influential figures in American music history, Grossman managed artists including Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin, The Band, and Peter, Paul and Mary. The collection also reflects the character of the Bearsville estate itself, with period furniture, folk art, Western and Americana objects, copper cookware, artwork, rugs, lighting, and vintage audio equipment. Notable equipment includes components and speakers by Altec Lansing, JBL, McIntosh, Yamaha, and others, as well as turntables and related audio gear. Also included is a collection of vintage vinyl LPs found at the estate spanning rock, jazz, soul, R&B, reggae, funk, new wave, progressive rock, and singer-songwriter recordings. Lots 85–169: Autographs & Entertainment Memorabilia A separate collection features signed photographs, letters, programs, manuscripts, concert posters, musical instruments, memorabilia, and a Steinway & Sons baby grand piano. The collection spans music, opera, theater, film, television, sports, and popular culture, with signed material associated with figures including Cary Grant, Clark Gable, Gene Kelly, Grace Kelly, Sophia Loren, Clint Eastwood, Robin Williams, Amy Winehouse, Muhammad Ali, Mickey Mantle, and many others. <![CDATA[The London Terrace Street Fair is fast approaching. This wonderful event happens once a year on West 24th Street between 9th and 10th Ave. This year it will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026. Friends, neighbors, visitors from outside NY and other parts of the world congregate under a canopy of trees to celebrate the beginning to the Fall season. It is unlike other NYC street fairs, in fact, it is really a vintage market where you can find collectibles of all sorts.

We are looking for vendors that sell their own art work, or art work from the distant past. We also are looking for people that sell furniture, crafts, clothing (either vintage, or made with their own hands), electronics, LP records, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, books, comics, ephemera and lovely tchotchkes to beautify the home. Food vendors are also welcome. The application is attached. Pass it on to anyone you know that might be interested. We hope to hear from you. Spaces are filling up, so if you are interested, get your application in soon. We hope to see everyone there. Thanks!]]>

This wonderful event happens once a year on West 24th Street between 9th and 10th Ave. This year it will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026. Friends, neighbors, visitors from outside NY and other parts of the world congregate under a canopy of trees to celebrate the beginning of the Fall season. It is unlike other NYC street fairs, in fact, it is really a vintage market where you can find one of a kind collectibles.

The street fair will be held in October this year due to the holidays in late September. Perhaps you can even break out the corduroys this time, and don a light fleece to brave the brisk fall air. But, maybe summer will stick around and give us a fall surprise of high temps and sunny skies. Either way, there will be friends, smiles, hugs, good times and great shopping for all. The energy is always positive, and virtually everyone finds something to buy at a reasonable price to commemorate a wonderful day.

So, save October 3, 2026 on your calendar, tell your friends and family to meet you there. There will be vendors selling art, crafts, furniture, clothing, jewelry, glassware, pottery, rugs, electronics, stereophonic equipment, LP records, CDs, DVDs, cassettes, books, comics, tchotchkes of all sorts, and much, much more. There will also be food and beverages to refresh yourself. Don’t be a stranger, and stop on by—all are welcome, there will be love and warmth, no matter what the temperature is that day. We hope to see you there!!!!!!!!
