<![CDATA[FULL GILROY ESTATE LIQUIDATION – ANTIQUES, ART, FURNITURE, FARM & RANCH ITEMS, PRIMITIVES & MORE
We are liquidating the contents of a longtime Gilroy estate filled with antiques, vintage furnishings, original artwork, early farm and ranch pieces, architectural and decorative items, collectibles, and unusual local history.
This is a complete estate liquidation, and the online catalog is only part of what will be available. Additional lots are being added, and there will also be a large amount of merchandise available for purchase onsite that will not be listed online.
Highlights include original works by Gilroy native artist Evan Keith Soward, a Monarch baby grand piano, antique Jacobean and Mission furniture, French and Victorian-style seating, vintage lighting, original paintings, Brutalist sculpture, antique bottles, fireplace accessories, and decorative furnishings.
The property also includes some outstanding early agricultural and industrial pieces, including an antique McCormick “New 4” sickle bar mower, large cast iron cauldron reportedly from the Soap Lake area, antique mill and grinding stones, and an impressive circa-1920s Max Bloom San Francisco copper dairy/cheese vat measuring approximately 9 feet long.
Other items include an antique carved oak merchant’s counter or hotel reception desk, antique Hollister pharmacy bottles, vintage and antique chairs, tables, lamps, artwork, architectural pieces, primitives, and many items still being uncovered.
MORE PHOTOS AND ONLINE LOTS WILL BE POSTED SOON.
Be sure to check back as the catalog grows. If you attend the sale in person, plan on spending some time—there will be far more to see and buy onsite than what is shown online.
If you miss an auction, you miss a lot.

<![CDATA[We had a great run in the big old house, but it's time to move on, and we can't take it all with us. So, we've filled the 1,100 square foot garage with treasures, and we're blowing them out to you! There's furniture (Morris chair, three vintage dressers, three desks, an antique 3x3 drawer oak Library Bureau filing cabinet arrangement, and more), tools (commercial disk sander, grinder, hammer drill, and more), art supplies, boat compasses, wood of all sorts (oak, maple, and mahogany boards and pieces, reclaimed Doug fir 2x6s), decorations, a lot of interesting/useful glass and housewares (including a selection of 5 easy-up-and-down toasters), stereo gear, weird electronics, two (!) Seca medical scales, sports equipment, never-used generator, car stuff, and much much more. Lots of yard things in the back, too: mature succulents and cactus, pots of all sorts, utility-scale glass insulators, rocks (petrified wood, rose quartz, etc), copper-bowl fire pit, and much more. And, there's two collections, each for sale as a single lot: one made up of thousands of postcards, and the other of U.S. postage stamps. Plus, there's a "VIP" room with nicer things that are priced at 80% of the big auction site. If you're interested, ask after you arrive, and we'll show them to you!
