We have filled Our Driveway the Garage, the Carport, half of the Neighbor’s Driveway and beyond.
You won’t find any Junk, and there is no Baby stuff! And when I say there is toooooo! much to list just look at the pictures, it tells the whole story! We have convinced a few other neighbors to join in, so there are a couple other houses to visit on our block also.

We tried to do this last Saturday but had to shut down due to weather.

We have dressers washing machine set silkscreening machines and alote of cabinet working machines drill presses all kinds of saws anything for building cabinets to house supplys she is getting ill and needs to sell everything. We also have alote of growing plants light to germ inating. Lawn mowers hand tools we will be posting picture tomorrow

We have nearly 30 homes participating in our 211 home gated over 55 community. Entrance of park is at 100 SW 195th Avenue at Baseline in Beaveton. Pick up a map at the front gate to see the location of participating homes.

Annual community wide yard sale with at least 30 homes participating. Friday June 12 and Saturday June 13, 9:00am - 4:00pm each day.

Seminole Estates is a 55 and over manufactured home park with 211 homes. We have almost 30 homes participating in our yard sale this year. We will have maps with the homes highlighted for you when you come through our front gates.
