The O'Brien Rock Company wants to build a concrete batch plant or Highway 62. Their Conditional Use Permit was approved by the Washington County Planning Commission, and concerned citizens appealed that decision to the Quorum Court, where we won, BUT, O'Brien appealed the Quorum Court's decision and now it is in a case with the Circuit Court.
