This is the first of two sales.
The house is on a SECOND FLOOR and there is no elevator, so plan on carrying purchases down the stairs.
Inside you will find retro kitchenware, antique and retro furniture, Elvis collectibles, Beanie Babies, tropical plates, and shells from the Bahamas.
The garage and utility area will be sold the following weekend, beginning the 16th.
