Request Your Favorites Before the Live Sale With thousands of items available, this auction operates by request, rather than a guaranteed numerical selling order. Requests help our team focus on the pieces bidders want to purchase.
Online Bidders Place the opening bid on the items you want offered. That opening bid is your request. It tells our team to locate the merchandise and prepare it for the live auction.
A watch-list selection alone does not request an item. Place your opening bids early, leave maximum bids where appropriate, and join the webcast to compete live.
In-Person Bidders Register online in advance, then ask for your bidder-number printout and request tags when you arrive. Walk the showroom and place your tags on the pieces you would like offered.
Opening Bids and Passed Items Opening bids are generally expected to start at 10%–20% of the stated MSRP. Competitive bidding determines the final selling price.
Please request items you are ready to bid on at the required opening amount. This helps us use the available auction time effectively and reach more of the merchandise buyers are waiting to purchase.
If an item is offered and does not receive the required opening bid, it will be passed. Passed items will not be brought back later that day; they may be offered at a subsequent sale. Bid before the auctioneer passes the item.
Opening bids are real bids. Requested items that we can bring to the stage or offer from the screen will be offered for live bidding. Requests do not guarantee a selling time or that every requested item will be reached.
Being the current high bidder online does not mean the item has been sold to you. A purchase is completed only when the item is offered and awarded during the live auction. Review your final invoice to confirm your purchases.

We arrange delivery of your purchases to your home or business throughout the continental United States. From furniture to substantial decorative pieces, our staff handles packing and shipment from start to finish.
Buyers receive our negotiated carrier rates at our cost. Our longstanding carrier relationships help us offer discounted transportation rates, backed by our lowest-delivery-price guarantee. Contact our team before bidding if you would like to discuss your location or delivery requirements.

Our staff professionally packs your order and determines its shipment dimensions and weight.
We provide a transportation quote for approval.
Once approved, we arrange shipment and bill the approved shipping charges to the card on file.
A 5% packing and handling fee applies to invoices requiring shipping. This covers preparation and protective materials such as cushioning, pallets, and wrapping. Transportation charges are additional.
Orders usually ship within 7–10 days after shipping-quote approval. This is the usual dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier transit time is additional.
North Carolina Pickup and Florida Transfers Pickup is available at IMS in Jamestown, North Carolina. Contact our staff to confirm that your purchases are ready before traveling.
Transfer to another company facility, including our Orlando warehouse for Florida pickup, is available by arrangement for $100 per invoice. This is a facility-to-facility transfer fee, not delivery to your home or business. Confirm the receiving location and pickup availability with our team.

See the scale, examine the finishes, and discover the pieces that speak to you. Showroom samples may have display wear, handling marks, or other condition issues. Review each lot’s contents, photographs, description, dimensions, and condition before bidding.

Important Buyer Information 15% buyer’s premium and applicable sales tax are added to the winning bid. Provide applicable tax-exemption documentation before the event.
Payment is due in full on the day of sale, regardless of pickup or shipping arrangements. Online purchases are charged to the card on file.
All merchandise is sold as is, where is. All sales are final. Resolve questions before placing a bid.
Only the items identified in the lot description are included. Other furniture, décor, and accessories shown in styled photographs are not included unless stated.
The retail store continues selling while the catalog is online. Items may be withdrawn before being awarded, including merchandise sold through the store or found to have previously unidentified damage, regardless of advance bids.
Matching pieces may be combined and offered as one lot. Items pictured individually may not be offered separately. Confirm the contents and bid basis announced for the lot being sold.
Announcements made during the live auction take precedence over prior advertising and descriptions. Watch with video and sound enabled and review the complete auction terms before bidding.
