💰 OUR FAMOUS (OR INFAMOUS!) PILE-PRICING SYSTEM!
NO INDIVIDUAL PRICE TAGS! THAT'S RIGHT... NONE!
If you've attended one of our estate sales before, you already know how much fun this can be.
If you're new to The Estate Kings, here's how it works:
BRING YOUR BAGS, BOXES OR BINS!
Explore the home and discover the merchandise you want.
Build your pile of treasures!
Bring your selections to our team, and we'll work together to establish a fair price.
THE MORE YOU BUY, THE BETTER THE DEAL!
We aren't interested in spending the day staring at merchandise. WE WANT TO SELL IT!
Buy one item, buy a box, buy a pile, or buy enough to fill your vehicle!
WE LOVE MAKING DEALS!
📦 RESELLERS, COLLECTORS & BULK BUYERS — WE LOVE YOU!
At The Estate Kings, we LOVE our reseller community!
Whether you sell on eBay, operate an antique shop, attend flea markets, resell vintage clothing, or simply enjoy hunting for hidden treasures, THIS SALE IS FOR YOU!
We encourage you to buy in quantity, negotiate, and take advantage of the opportunity to purchase merchandise in bulk.
🚨 WHOLESALE BUYING BEGINS AT 1:00 PM!
At 1:00 PM, we will begin entertaining offers on remaining merchandise in larger quantities.
Interested in buying an entire category of merchandise? An entire room? Large quantities of leftovers?
LET'S TALK!
Remember, this property is being completely cleaned out after the sale. We would much rather see the merchandise go home with YOU!
😎 THIS ISN'T YOUR TYPICAL ESTATE SALE!
We're not running a fancy retail store with carefully arranged shelves and individual price tags.
This is a genuine estate filled with merchandise waiting to be discovered.
If you want everything individually priced, there are plenty of thrift stores!
But if you enjoy the excitement of digging through an estate, discovering hidden treasures, negotiating prices, and walking away with a GREAT DEAL...
COME READY TO DIG, DISCOVER & DEAL!
That's what makes our estate sales FUN!
🚗 IMPORTANT INFORMATION — COME PREPARED!
🛍️ BRING BAGS, BOXES & BINS!
You'll need something to carry all those treasures home.
📦 BRING PACKING MATERIALS!
There are plenty of fragile items. Bubble wrap, newspaper, and protective materials are highly recommended.
💪 BRING HELP!
Purchasers are responsible for moving and loading their furniture and other large purchases.
💵 BRING CASH!
Come prepared to make purchases and take your finds home.
🚙 BRING AN EMPTY VEHICLE!
You might arrive planning to buy a few things and leave with a vehicle full of merchandise!
📝 SIGN-IN SHEET & ENTRY INFORMATION
THE SIGN-IN SHEET WILL BE POSTED ON THE FRONT DOOR AT 9:00 AM THE DAY BEFORE THE SALE.
Please plan accordingly.
🔥 EVERYTHING MUST GO — NO REASONABLE BULK OFFER WILL BE IGNORED!
The family is preparing to put this property on the market, and The Estate Kings have been hired to handle the liquidation and complete cleanout.
Our mission is to sell as much as possible before the cleanout begins!
INDIVIDUAL BUYERS ARE WELCOME!
RESELLERS ARE WELCOME!
WHOLESALE BUYERS ARE WELCOME!
EVERYONE WHO LOVES A GREAT DEAL IS WELCOME!
We conduct estate sales throughout New England, and one of our favorite parts of this business is watching people discover treasures they never expected to find.
So bring your friends, bring your boxes, bring your negotiating skills, and most importantly...
BRING YOUR SENSE OF ADVENTURE!
Don't be the person looking at the photos afterward saying, "I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO THAT SALE!"
WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING EVERYONE AND MAKING SOME GREAT DEALS!
