Unit is located in Franklin NJ.Payment is due by Monday, August 17 at 1PM.Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.Pickup must be completed by Tuesday, August 18 at 5PM. Pickup note: The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Tuesday, August 18th at 5PM. Any dumpsters/garbage receptacles on the property is for use by the storage facility only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after Tuesday, August 18th at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any units not 100% completely cleaned out by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a minimum disposal fee of $150. The storage facility gate access hours are 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Monday - Sunday). There is no physical inspection available for this auction.
