Description:
All aboard for a unique Poshlando estate sale on Plantation Drive in Titusville, featuring a fascinating collection of railroad history and memorabilia, along with antiques, traditional furnishings, vintage collectibles, glassware, pottery, artwork and a golf cart.
The standout of this sale is the collection assembled by a longtime railroad employee. Railroad enthusiasts and transportation-history collectors will find an assortment of Penn Central and Pennsylvania Railroad memorabilia, along with Grand Central and other railroad-related pieces. The collection includes vintage railroad books and manuals, operating and safety materials, timetables, maps, employee-related items, commemorative pieces, pins and buttons, railroad glassware and mugs, promotional items, and other pieces of railroad history collected over the years.
Beyond the railroad collection, the home has some wonderful traditional furniture. Highlights include a handsome roll-top desk, a beautiful three-piece Ethan Allen bookcase/library wall, a marble-top cabinet, a grandfather clock, an ornate vintage mantel clock, lamps, tables and additional wood furnishings.
Collectors and decorators will also want to explore the assortment of vintage pottery, Asian-inspired porcelain, decorative ceramics, green glass, crystal and pressed glass, stemware, pitchers, vases, framed artwork, books, clocks and unusual decorative pieces.
Outside, you'll find lawn and garden décor and a golf cart, giving this sale a little bit of everything.
