Our neighborhood is hosting a large community garage sale, and we’d love to welcome you in! More than twelve cottages throughout the community will be participating for a one‑day event filled with variety, surprises, and friendly conversation.

Every participating home will have its own assortment of items — some nostalgic, some practical, some unexpected. It’s the kind of sale where you never know what you’ll find until you’re standing right in front of it. Stroll at your own pace, enjoy the walk-able layout, and explore each stop as you go.

Parking: Please use open street parking within the community.
Kindly avoid parking in residents’ driveways so everyone can enjoy easy access and clear walkways.

This is a relaxed, neighborly summer event — perfect for browsing, exploring, and discovering something new. We look forward to seeing you!
