Homestead Estate Services
Join us Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM for a large estate sale that is absolutely packed with antiques, vintage collectibles, furniture, tools, farming equipment, lawn and garden items, jewelry, gold and silver, vinyl records, stereo equipment, books, sewing fabric, uranium glass, Jadite, beer cans, signs, women’s clothing, shoes, perfumes, housewares, and much more. This cleanout sale features decades of accumulated household goods, workshop items, and outdoor equipment from a long-time Wisconsin property. The house is full from top to bottom and the two outbuildings are a true picker digger sale. Perfect for collectors, dealers, flippers, homesteaders, and anyone looking for quality used goods at estate sale prices.
You’ll find a strong selection of gold and silver jewelry including rings, chains, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and mixed lots. Costume jewelry, watches, and collectible pieces are mixed throughout the sale. Vintage jewelry boxes, trays, and display items are also available. Tons of women’s clothing and shoes in a wide range of sizes and styles fill closets and racks, along with women’s products and perfumes, many brand new.
Vinyl records fill several shelves and crates — classic rock, country, easy listening, jazz, and 45s. Stereo equipment includes turntables, receivers, speakers, amplifiers, cassette decks, and related audio gear. Books cover a wide range of topics: cookbooks, gardening, farming, history, fiction, reference, children’s books, and large lots of paperbacks and hardcovers.
Tools and workshop items are extensive. Hand tools, power tools, mechanic’s tools, sockets, wrenches, clamps, vises, and specialty tools are organized in the garage and outbuildings. John Deere implements, attachments, and related equipment are present along with garden tractors, riding mowers, and small engine items. A snowblower, additional lawn and garden equipment, and farming equipment pieces are included. Look for tillers, spreaders, sprayers, carts, and outdoor power equipment.
Uranium glass (vaseline glass) and Jadite pieces stand out among the kitchen and collectible glassware. Depression glass and other vintage glassware are mixed in. Beer cans, collectible cans, and related memorabilia are available in multiple lots. Vintage signs, advertising signs, and decorative signs of various sizes and conditions are part of the sale.
Furniture includes mid-century modern pieces, traditional wood furniture, dressers, tables, chairs, cabinets, bookshelves, and bedroom sets. Additional categories include sewing machines and large quantities of sewing fabric, notions, patterns, and craft supplies. Kitchenware, small appliances, dishes, pottery, and household goods fill the home, including houseware items and products new in box. Outdoor items and seasonal goods are also present.
Additional popular items throughout the sale include figurines, collectible plates, lamps, artwork, mirrors, clocks, baskets, textiles, linens, holiday decorations, and storage containers. Workshop and garage items extend to air compressors, ladders, hardware, fasteners, and general maintenance supplies. The two outbuildings are loaded with unsorted items and offer a true picker digger experience for those willing to dig.
All sales are final. Cash and Venmo accepted.
