All purchased items MUST be picked up during the designated pickup dates and times listed for this auction.
Due to extremely limited storage space and our ongoing auction schedule, Caronna Estate Sales cannot guarantee storage or accommodate late pickups.
Buyers are responsible for making all necessary arrangements for the timely removal of their purchases, including appropriate transportation and assistance for furniture and oversized items.
FAILURE TO PICK UP PURCHASED ITEMS: Items not collected during the designated pickup period may be subject to additional handling, labor, relocation, and/or storage fees.
All applicable fees will be determined at the sole discretion of Caronna Estate Sales, taking into consideration the size, weight, quantity, labor requirements, transportation needs, and storage demands associated with the uncollected merchandise. Fees may vary significantly depending on the circumstances and are not limited to a predetermined amount.
Any fees assessed will be based on the circumstances of the missed pickup and the associated costs and inconvenience incurred by Caronna Estate Sales.
Any exceptions or alternative pickup arrangements must be requested and approved by Caronna Estate Sales in advance. Approval is not guaranteed.
