Description:
We will be open by 9am and stay open until at least 3pm - later if we still have shoppers. We pull our signs when we close, so if our signs are up later in the day, we're still open. Bring the kids in or out of costume - we'll be handing out candy.
Friends of the family are downsizing from a home to an apartment and didn't have time to have their own sale, so I offered to sell their items. They almost filled our single car garage with boxes of stuff & furniture so there's lots of new items since our sale last spring.
MOST OF MY PRICES ARE NEGOTIABLE - especially anything fragile or bigger than a bread box. LOL
Pictures are current as of last Sunday, although I have added a few small things since then.
We'll have a little something for everyone - small furniture, lots of baskets & vases, kitchen (including a set of stoneware), school, office & crafting supplies, fiction, non-fiction & kids' books, engineering textbooks, Halloween, Fall, Easter, Valentines & Christmas items (including Hallmark ornaments), misc. household, Hershey magnets & figurines, my Mom's bell collection, some of my parents vintage LP's, movies on DVD, secular & Christian music CD’s, jewelry (nothing precious), 23 Butler Motorcycle maps in a storage pouch, a twin bed frame with a trundle bed underneath, a whole-body rower machine, hand crocheted & knitted items, used iPhone & iPad cases, women's clothing, some men's clothing & some kids clothing (mostly girls sizes 10/12 & up), & some kids items.
We're located on Ralston Rd. between Trotter & Paddock Rds. and will have signs out on Ralston Rd. at Mann Road, Trotter Road & Paddock Road & on Trotter Rd. at County Line Rd. & Camby Rd. while we're open. We live on a very busy road across from a farm field so parking on the road is not advised. There is marked parking in the field to the east of our home. There is also a gravel drive across the street from our home that could be parked in. It's field access for the farmers only - there is no longer a house at the end of it.
All items come from a smoke free home and are priced and organized on tables or hanging on a clothes rack - no digging through piles. Cash, Z e l l e, or Apple Cash transfer are preferred. I recently set up a small business that can accept credit cards. Because it’s tied to my new small business, Indiana’s 7% sales tax will be added to all credit cards transactions.
We do these sales twice a year - in the spring & fall. If you've read to the bottom of my post and are looking for someplace to set up your own yard sale because your home is in a low traffic area, please message me about coming to set up when we have our next sale.
