This is a different kind of Mini-Estate Sale: Fundraiser based on a 8-month's long court-protected (professional) squatter harm of $$$ exponential damage. Flavia Ardelean was removed by a squad team (taxpayer money at work), leaving unusual items behind. Images show most of the garden-level apartment filled with a variety of desirable items first rent dispute and nine month's later forceful removal by Sheriff's Department as well .
China, dishes, Glass Ware, Clothes: some children's to M-L Women's to Men's; Toiletries, cheap cheap Food items, two refrigerators to choose from, three (yes, three) vacuum Cleaners (Dyson), high quality humidifiers, some jewelry, small and big Samsung TVs, a galore of Christmas ornaments (some one of a kind!) and Christmas decorations, Antiques include a 1789 copper server platter from Turkey and nice wood trunk, queen size mattress (bring a second person to carry, cheap. Beautiful and plenty of house plants, some for B2G1! Moving Dolly. Heavy-duty folding picknick table and bench set. Metal Wire Shelving 12', 8'. Ask for the two Washing Machines ($150 Kenmore, $380 space saver brand-new), if you are seeking one (out of sight). And there is so so much more! Check out pictures!
Please remember, prices are negotiable when buying in multiples and donations are greatly appreciated.
Location on east side garden-level is not wheel chair accessible, sorry!
Space is too packed for children not being held by the hand at all times.
Depending on traffic the indoor access may has to be limited for awhile.
Please stay on north path around the house and be respectful to property and sales items.
There could be even a start-up for and with other Landlord-victims to fight the bleeding and injustice...
And if anyone knows where Flavia Ardelean is hiding, please make it known.
