Description:

Treelake's fall community yard sale is back, and this one's a big one. More than 45 neighbors are opening their garages on the same day, so you can cover a whole neighborhood's worth of finds in a single morning.

Hours: 8:00 – 12:00
Where: Treelake neighborhood, Roseville, CA

Get your map: Pick up a map of participating homes at the corner of E. Roseville Parkway and Swan Lake Drive on sale day. Addresses aren't released ahead of time, so start there.

Expect a little of everything: furniture, kids' gear, tools, home décor, sporting goods, clothing, and the kind of things you didn't know you needed until you saw them on a folding table.

Plan on driving. Treelake is spread out, so this isn't a park-once-and-walk sale. Grab your map, plan your route, and hop between stops.

Please drive with care. Treelake is an active community. You'll share the streets with pedestrians, children, cyclists, and neighbors out walking their dogs. Slow down, follow the rules of the road, and keep a close eye out for people on foot, especially near homes with sales where shoppers will be crossing the street.

A few courtesy notes:

Park legally, and don't block driveways, mailboxes, or sidewalks.
Bring cash and small bills. Some sellers may take Venmo or Zelle, but don't count on it.
The sale runs 8 to 12. Please respect sellers' homes before and after those hours.
