We've got a Triple consignee online estate sale for you! Three of our clients have moved and have some furniture left to sell before house closes. Everything has Buy It Now pricing and is yours if you buy it first! We are pricing these items to move so get ready for some excellent discounts! Find lots of high quality furntiure .

**Please note there are three pick up locations for this estate sale. North Asheville near Grove Park Inn, Black Mountain at Givens Highland Farms and Biltmore Forest. The locations are not close together so if you buy from both, please plan your day accordingly! Each description states what location.
BUY IT NOW: Buy anytime from Friday, October 16th at 8:30am until Monday, October 19th at 1pm. Items are not "purchased" until payment is received.
Closing: All items close at the same time at 1:00pm Monday, October 19th.
IN PERSON PICK UP: Local pick up by appointment only! Items must be picked up on Wednesday, October 21st in North Asheville, Black Mountain and Biltmore Forest 10am - 2pm. Please note that the items found in this sale are at three locations. A Calendly appointment link will be sent to you after your payment is processed. Call us BEFORE you purchase if that date does not work for you and we will try to accommodate. 828-338-8448. No shipping available.
Parking Notes: all three homes are easy access with some stairs but all manage able. Bring help to load items as there will only be one staff member at each location to meet you.
PAYMENT INFO: We will process your payment and charge your card on file. There is no buyer's premium and no sales tax on your purchase. There is a 3% credit card processing fee on all invoices. Debit cards and Credit Cards are the only payments accepted. You will receive an EMAIL with an attached paid invoice from Sterling Transitions Inc after your payment is processed with pick up instructions and a Calendly appointment link. Items are not "purchased" until payment is received. No refunds.
**Item is marked "Sold" when you Buy It Now. We will charge the card on file for your full invoice.**
