Description:
As we prepare another great sale for you, please enjoy the pictures and descriptions of some of the items available at this sale location. The family enjoyed this farm for many years and this house and farm is scheduled to be a tear down, so we hope you come out and enjoy looking for some nice treasures to fill up your home, store, booth or gift to a friend. If you aren't on our email list please head over to NationalEstateCompany.com and subscribe today. We look forward to seeing you soon!
NOTE: This Sale has a lot of area to cover. We will use the Side Patio Entrance Door for Entry into the House. There are items for sale on the Side Patio, and the Front Porch as well. Once you enter the home, most areas are clearly identifiable, however it is fairly congested, so be respectful of your fellow Treasure Hunters! The Upstairs is not accessible and will be closed off during the estate sale. The basement contains most of the Christmas Items, Gun Cabinets, Safes, Records, Misc. Dishes, Antique Books, etc. The stairs are steep, so watch your step.
As you Venture back outside and around to the outdoor buildings, there are multiple buildings, sheds, barns, etc. Orange Survey Tape has prices on them. If there are items unpriced just get with one of the staff for pricing. The Check out Register will be just inside the house once you enter from the Side Patio. There are several "Pickers Areas" & These Items will need to be priced once you gather your stack!
While Preparing this sale we have come across lots of Snake Skins, Spiders, Wasps – we will have wasp spray, however please be careful and mindful in your picking journey! This is a great sale and the house is a potential tear-down, so the goal is to sell it all! We will be extending discounts over the weekend – if you are interested in leaving an offer on any item, or offering a buyout at the end of the sale, just let us know!
