This is a small apartment sale packed into tight quarters, so come ready to dig for some treasures! We may need to limit the number of shoppers inside at times, so please be patient with us and with your fellow estate sale shoppers. ❤️

🚨 IMPORTANT PARKING & ENTRY INFORMATION:
Please park across the street by the building marked “FOR SALE.”

The parking spaces near the apartment building are reserved for tenants, so please do NOT park there.

From the parking area, you’ll need to walk a short distance to the back of the building and bypass the locked front gate. Apt #6 is accessible from the back entrance.
