Nearly everything is HALF OFF the marked price! A very small number of specially marked items may be excluded, but throughout the house, half price is the name of the game.

Please feel free to bring your own bags and boxes, and bring help for larger or heavier purchases. Buyers are responsible for moving and loading their purchases.

As always, please treat the home, its belongings, and your fellow shoppers with courtesy and respect. When parking, please be considerate of the neighborhood and do not block driveways or mailboxes. Don't forget to bring the muscle with you for help with those heavier objects.
