Join us for our annual neighborhood yard sale.
This year 25+ homes are participating. Some are multi family.

Saturday August 1st 2026 7am-2pm
Rain Date Sunday August 2nd 2026 7am-2pm

GPS Monacy Road Coatesville and follow balloons and signs.
All homes participating will have a balloon on their mailbox. All streets participating will have a sign with a balloon at the end of the road.
Each home should have displayed a sign that shows all homes that are participating. Take a picture of that sign on your phone so you don't miss out on any of the sales. Each home is offering different items. You will have to come to see what everyone is offering.

Graces Drive
Connies Drive
Audrey Lin Drive
Virginia Drive
Main Lin Drive
Greenhill Road
Old Spring Road
Willows Road

Boy Scout Troop 117 from Coatesville will also be doing a clothing drive as well during the sale. They will be accepting donations at 11 Graces Drive. Donations accepted are: clothes, any linens whether kitchen/bath/bedroom, Belts/hats/shoes, bikes/scooters, and small toys under 2ft in height or width.
