After receiving a number, you may leave; however, you must return and be in line no later than 10 minutes before the sale begins to keep your place. If you are not present when the line is organized for entry, you will be asked to move to the end of the line. We appreciate your understanding—this policy helps us keep the opening process fair for everyone. Limited Entry: For safety and ease of shopping, only a limited number of customers will be allowed inside the home at one time. 30-Minute Shopping Limit: During busy periods, shoppers may be limited to approximately 30 minutes inside the home so that everyone waiting has an opportunity to enter and shop. Customers may return to the line for another shopping period, as space permits. Please be courteous to our staff, fellow shoppers, the home, and the surrounding neighborhood. PAYMENT TERMS Cash, debit cards, and credit cards are accepted.Please note that card transactions may require identification.All merchandise must be paid for before it is removed from the property. FURNITURE & LARGE-ITEM REMOVAL Caring Transitions staff members are not available to load furniture or other large or heavy items. Please bring: Your own helpers and loadersAppropriate toolsDollies, straps, blankets, or other moving equipmentA vehicle large enough to safely transport your purchases All purchased items must be removed by the designated pickup deadline unless other arrangements are approved by Caring Transitions staff. Customers are responsible for any damage caused while removing their purchases from the home or property. PACKING MATERIALS We will have only limited packaging materials available for fragile purchases. Please bring your own boxes, bags, paper, bubble wrap, and other packing supplies.
