This is a "Family Run" estate sale! PLEASE NOTE: Entrance will be at the front porch on Rankin St. ONLY! PLEASE DO NOT park in or in front of Franklin St driveway! This is a moving/ living estate sale, from a home & business that have been filled solely with items from local estate sales. Was that one jerk ahead of you in line that one time, and they got the items you had your eye on? Maybe you'll find them here! (or maybe not, maybe it was another jerk!) The sale will include a large variety of items such as antique & vintage: art, glassware, clocks, magazines, books, clothes, photos, lamps, trinkets, shoes, kitchenware, decor, and lots of random stuff. Pictures will be updated closer to the date. As the family is living in this home the space open for the sale will be restricted to certain rooms, so we will be staggering the number of people allowed in for safety. The family is not responsible for any issues, or injuries sustained on the property. Please respect the privacy of the family and stay within the areas allotted. If there is disrespectful behavior you may be asked to leave. There will be no restroom open to the public. The sign up sheet will be out at 10 am the day of the sale. You may place a marker in line to hold your spot, however if you leave the premises those who stay can bump you to the end of the line. We are not responsible for monitoring your line marker. We accept Cash or Venmo. All sales are final and all items are sold as-is. There will be new items out for the second day of the sale so stop back on Saturday!
