THIS IS A TRUE PICKER SALE!
If you love digging through garages, sheds, old equipment, building materials, and forgotten treasures, this is the sale for you!
Unlike a traditional estate sale, where everything has been cleaned, organized, priced, and displayed, this property is being offered pretty much AS WE FOUND IT!
We haven't spent weeks sorting, cleaning, or setting everything up. There are treasures waiting to be discovered, and YOU get to do the hunting!
Explore the designated sale areas, look through the piles, discover forgotten merchandise, and uncover those hidden gems that other shoppers might overlook.
BRING YOUR GLOVES!
WEAR OLD CLOTHES AND COME READY TO GET DIRTY!
This is a genuine treasure-hunting experience, not a neatly organized retail sale!
WHAT WILL YOU FIND?
ANTIQUE GUMBALL MACHINES – Vintage collectibles!
BICYCLES – Mountain bikes and other styles.
BUILDING MATERIALS – Construction supplies, hardware, and more.
TOOLS & EQUIPMENT – Various tools and equipment.
VINTAGE CEMENT MIXER – Older Canoga mixer.
METAL TANKS – Large tanks and storage items.
FENCING & METAL MATERIALS – Frames, fencing, and other supplies.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS – A wide variety of merchandise.
APPLIANCES – Assorted household appliances.
GARAGE & SHED FINDS – Plenty of surprises.
ODDS, ENDS & HIDDEN TREASURES!
GREAT FOR RESELLERS, COLLECTORS, CONTRACTORS & TREASURE HUNTERS!
Whether you're an experienced picker, flea market seller, online reseller, contractor, collector, or someone who simply loves finding a bargain, you'll enjoy searching through this property!
YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO UNCOVER!
Take your time, look around, discover interesting items, and make offers on your finds!
