Description:

Hi Friends and Neighbors,

We’re excited for the annual Tice Valley Neighborhood Garage Sale happening Saturday, October 10!

If you live in the Tice Valley/Parkmead area and would like to participate as a seller, please scan the QR code above or visit DeVinneyGarageSale.com to register.

Once you’re registered, there’s very little you need to do to prepare. Simply place the items you’d like to sell in front of your garage or home on Saturday morning.

Jennifer will stop by participating homes ahead of the sale to provide balloons and price-tag stickers. On the day of the event, the balloons will help shoppers easily identify participating homes.

We’re also getting the word out through online advertising, sponsored promotions, neighborhood outreach, and signage to help bring shoppers into the area. Feel free to share the event with friends, family, and neighbors or post it on social media.

For Shoppers:

If you’d also like to shop the neighborhood sale, or have friends and neighbors who may be interested, please share these details with them.

The online garage sale map will be available by Friday at 3:00 PM on the website.

On Saturday morning, shoppers and participants can stop by Tice Valley Park near the playground between 9:00 AM and noon to pick up a physical map, meet Jennifer, and enjoy complimentary Starbucks coffee and pastries before heading out to shop. We’ll also have directional signs at key intersections throughout the neighborhood to help guide shoppers to participating homes.

Thank you for helping us make this a fun and successful neighborhood event. We’re looking forward to a great Saturday!

Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
