Description:

It’s that time again. We cleaned out the closets, opened the garages, and finally admitted we’re never going to use half this stuff.

Join us for the Cormorant Landing Neighborhood Garage Sale on Saturday, October 10th, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, just off Marbon Road in Mandarin.

Rain Date: Saturday, October 17th

Multiple families throughout the neighborhood will be participating, which means plenty of chances to find furniture, home décor, tools, clothes, toys, kitchen items, and those completely unnecessary things you suddenly realize you absolutely need.

The sale begins at 8:00 AM — no early shoppers.
(Yes, apparently we actually have to say that. 😄)

Bring some cash, leave some room in the trunk, and see what treasures your neighbors have decided they can finally live without.

One neighborhood. Lots of families. Way too much stuff. Your gain.
