THIS SALE HAS PICKUP IN NORCROSS, MN (approximately 80 miles from Fargo). Pickup of items will be on September 12th from 3:00-5:00 pm ONLY. No other time is available.Lots have not been tested, and tire condition unknown. Car andpickup have clear titles but are not running. Pickup has keys and we were told it ran two years ago. Ford car has no keys andhood not able to be opened. All items sold in “as is” condition. Tools and tractors, etc. have been stored in an open Quonset building or outdoors. Furniture has been inside the home on main floor or upstairs. No further information is available on the items sowe will not be able to respond to questions. There are other items on the property (most outdoors). Winning bidders will be provided the address upon conclusion of the auction and will also beable to look through and purchase thoseother items in the home, garage, Quonset & outdoorsnot listed on this auction.
