Items are located in Poughkeepsie , NY.Payment is due by Tuesday, August 17 at 1PM.Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.Pickup must be completed by Sunday, August 25 at 5PM. Pickup note: The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the units or on the storage facility property & have the units broom swept clean by Sunday, August 25 at 5PM. Anything left in the unit after the stated pickup deadline will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not 100% completely cleaned out by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a minimum disposal fee of $300.
