Come join us as the neighbors of Dry Creek Oaks 55+ Community host our 4th annual Community Yard Sale! Shop at our individual yards on Saturday, October 10th between the hours of 7AM to 2PM.

With multiple sellers (12+ homes) you are bound to find some hidden treasures. There will be lots of different items to rummage thru.... there will be electronics, elliptical machine, clothing, baby items, toys, games, handmade goods, holiday decor, 6 foot artificial LED lighted Christmas tree, vintage decor and collectibles, memorabilia, household items, room size carpet, automotive parts, furniture, outdoor and patio items, potted plants, water skis (adult, child and a wake board), CD/DVDs and books and comic books, pet supplies, bath and kitchen items, wall decor, men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, and so much more!

The Dry Creek Oaks community is located in Central Galt off Highway 99 at the intersection of Boessow Road and S Carrillon Boulevard and adjacent to the Dry Creek Ranch Golf Course. Enter at the front gate located on S Carrillon Boulevard (the gate on Boessow is not open).
