McDavid Estates will be hosting our now bi-annual neighborhood garage sale on Friday, April 24th and Saturday, April 25th.

While our fall sale typically sees strong participation, we’ve added a spring event to give both homeowners and bargain hunters another opportunity to declutter and discover great finds.

Items will vary by household but often include sporting goods, home décor, tools, gardening supplies, children’s toys, clothing and shoes, camping gear, and more.
