Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a Great Arlington Estate Sale on Thursday May 28th from 9am-2pm. To start off you will find a great selection of vintage Kitchenware, antiques, sterling silver flatware, costume jewelry, some gold, furniture, china, knick-knacks, some clothing, a jam packed basement loaded with tools, toolboxes, plumbing supplies, hardware, copper, scrap metal, old chests, large ceramic Christmas tree, fishing reels, collectibles, household & more… Don’t miss this One Day Only Arlington Event!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you! Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier). Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
