IF YOU’RE AN EARLY BIRD, DO NOT WALK THE PROPERTY, THERE ARE CAMERAS AROUND. **ABSOLUTELY NO BAGS OR PURSES*** CLEAR/SEE THROUGH BAGS are permitted. **Bring a flashlight. Some areas are dark. **Watch your step throughout property and home. There are lots of single step downs and small dips. Our Sign up sheet will be available 7:45 am on sale day. You will enter according to our sheet only. For early birds who make their own list, WE will transfer names to OUR sheet but you MUST BE PRESENT to be added to our sheet. If not present, your name is removed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Make sure you are back at the house by 8:45, if you are not in line by that time, you will forfeit your spot. Check out HTG on Facebook for updated information and future estate sales. **BRING HELP. ** HTG DOES NOT MOVE FURNITURE. Please bring help when purchasing large items. BRING YOUR OWN PACKING SUPPLIES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no returns, exchanges or refunds. No exceptions. HTG accepts cash, local checks with ID and credit cards with a 3% fee.
