Knoxville, TN Welcome to Round 2 of the Lammers Estate Auction. The Lammers family proudly served our country in the United States Navy. After retiring as a Commander from the naval base in Portsmouth, Lennis Lammer moved again and the family eventually made their home in Knoxville, where they became cherished members of the community. This second round continues to showcase the remarkable life and collections of this distinguished family .Mrs. Bea Lammers, a direct descendant of Chief George Skye, was a passionate and knowledgeable collector of authentic Native American artifacts. Her collection features carefully curated pottery, beadwork, weavings, sculptures, and cultural pieces — thoughtfully gathered over a lifetime, with an emphasis on quality and authenticity rather than tourist ware. Their son, Steven, also served in the military, and this round includes treasured memorabilia, keepsakes, and meaningful pieces the family carried with them during transfers between naval bases — each item holding a story of service and family tradition. Daughter Laura, a model, author, and beloved member of the Knoxville community, devotedly cared for her parents. Her presence is reflected in elegant vintage handbags and clothing from her modeling career, as well as her beautifully displayed miniature collections — each piece a testament to her artistic eye and love of detail.
