Please read >> A very important message: Because the passages are narrow and this smaller home is absolutely filled with amazing items, we must, unfortunately, limit the number of shoppers allowed inside at one time. We know how hard it is to wait, but we ask that you give us grace and understanding as we will do our best to regulate traffic. Plus, it will be HOT this Friday and Saturday. While we will have tents, please come prepared for the weather. Parking will be limited to one side of the street, per Nichols Hills parking ordinance, and compliance will be enforced. Our estate sale this week is in the custom-built Nichols Hills home of a published interior designer! No detail went overlooked in this maximalist, French-inspired sanctuary.
