The landscaping rocks and the kitchen appliances have been removed from the sale today. The homeowner has also decided to remove the hand painted cabinet from the sale. We are sorry for any inconvenience and confusion. The washer and dryer in the laundry room were also removed from the sale last night, as the new homebuyers came out with my clients and decided that they wanted those as well. Bids will be accepted on items over $50. Entry number tickets will be handed out at 8:30 on Saturday morning. Those arriving after 8:30 am should line up behind the customers with numbers. We do not give prices for items before the sale. Please come to the sale for current prices as we will be pricing up until the doors open on sale dates.
