Our little street is going BIG! Join us for our Second Annual W 22nd Avenue Yard Sale — a fun, laid-back day of bargain hunting right here in the neighborhood.

We’ve already got 5 houses on board with a little bit of everything:

- Tons of kid stuff
- Camping items, bikes, fishing gear
- Art, home décor, and unique finds
- Clothes for all ages
- Tools, gear, and miscellaneous treasures
… and who knows what else will pop up!

🌞 It’s going to be a warm one, so swing by the main house at 2435 W 22nd Ave for cold drinks and snacks to keep you cool while you shop.

This is a fun little street sale with a big variety — come say hi, score some deals, and help us kick off what we hope becomes an annual tradition!
