Hi Everyone!If you'd like first dibs on the details, sign up on our email list HERE This is a smaller home than we usually do, but don't let that fool you, it's set up like a full Diane's sale, and it's loaded! The garage was converted into a main bedroom, so we've moved everything that would normally fill a garage into three big tents in the backyard. That's about a quarter of the house's worth of items out back alone, so make sure you make it all the way through! The very full kitchen has a wide variety of glassware, china sets and dish set, if you're furnishing a home, this is your sale. We have casserole dishes, storage, and appliances of virtually every type, a SodaStream machine with supplies, Cuisinart coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker with K-cups, a large china cabinet in beautiful contrasting dark and light wood finishes, crystal wine glasses and barware, several cake serving plates, fun tropical-themed dish sets, crockpot, CorningWare, a griddle, lots of pans, measuring cups and spoons, utensils, coffee cups, beer steins, two toasters, a hot dog warmer, George Foreman fusion grill, table linens and placemats, and some food products, and as always, we only sell food that is not expired. The living room is just beautiful! The centerpiece is an Eden faux fireplace with a heating element for those cooler Florida winter mornings. We have a very nice premium leather sofa set, a dual power reclining sofa, loveseat, and manual recliner, all in really good shape and priced individually. There's also a first generation THE ONE smart pian, it's electronic but sounds just like a real piano, with an integrated metronome and labeled keys, perfect for a beginner. Plus unique lamps, mirrored sailboat wall art, ocean-themed metal wall art, a crystal candelabra, a nice egret wall mural, a classic Butler curio cabinet with cute wind-up musical figurines, candles and candle warmers, a Google Nest home device, coffee table, two end tables, and a large faux banana plant that makes a lovely accent piece. The dining room is now our checkout and jewelry station (the dining table sold before the sale), and it is loaded with jewelry, bracelets, charms, earrings, watches, turquoise, faux pearl sets, a Pandora bracelet, earrings by Marvella, a ladies' Timex watch new in the box, brooches and pins, and yes, a faux Rolex (sold as exactly that!). The display tables the jewelry sits on are for sale too, so take note of those. Also in this room is a nice six drawer, two cabinet chest, it belongs to a bedroom set in one of the back rooms, and the set will be sold together even though the pieces are in separate rooms. The main suite in the converted garage has a cute Hollywood-style makeup desk with six drawers and a lighted mirror with different lighting tones, a king size adjustable bed frame with a soft upholstered headboard (the mattress is not included), a really nice grayish-brown dresser set, a massage chair with eight settings, linens, sheets, curtains, nice baskets, sunglasses, wigs, gloves, jewelry storage, and a selection of ladies' clothing, shoes and handbags. The bathroom is packed with unopened items, Dove soap, Biofreeze, hand sanitizer, blood pressure cuffs, Clinique products, brushes, nail and manicure supplies, loofahs, bedazzled hats, tennis shoes and a scale. The office has two nearly new electric recliners from an outstanding manufacturer, you'll save $700 to $900 off retail on these! Also a Kenmore sewing machine with sewing table and supplies (thread, buttons, scissors), a portable foot massager, a nearly new Sauder desk that retails for $1,200 and is very aggressively priced, a small armless leather desk chair, a vintage nightstand, Epson and HP printers, a Sharp four-head VCR, Sony DVD player, Kenwood cassette deck and receiver, a 36 inch Sony HD smart TV, security cameras, and men's clothing in sizes large and extra large, straw hats, Hawaiian shirts, golf shirts, dress shirts, plus deck shoes, dress shoes and flip-flops. Tons of books too, cookbooks, travel books, faith-based books, books on dogs, sewing and collecting, along with picture frames, luggage, DVDs, and a wide variety of music tapes from jazz to classic rock, including large Dean Martin Variety Show and Star Trek collections. The back bedroom is our flamingo room! Some very nice flamingo paintings, a full size bed with a metal and wood frame, two nightstands and a dresser (part of that set with the chest up front), TV tray stands, vases and lamps, full size linens, sheets and pillowcases, sports memorabilia, Tampa Bay Buccaneers merchandise, ladies' boots, more nice ladies' clothing, towels, and a nice tropical towel set. The front porch has a nice wicker porch set, a rocking chair, a faux palm, a steel wastebasket, a couple of cement statues, and several solar-powered garden accessories. The backyard tents are where the treasure hunt really begins! A huge amount of glassware and wine glasses, vacuum cleaners and a floor cleaner, two very nice senior walkers with built-in seats, themed wreaths (St. Patrick's Day, Buccaneers, Halloween), fall planters, pumpkins and pinecones, Halloween candles, Thanksgiving table items with pilgrims and turkeys, dumbbells and a stability ball, camp chairs, touch-lid trash cans, stuffed animals, LG headphones, Florida Gators and Tampa Bay Rays collectibles, six collapsible portable coolers, storage bins with lids, extension cords, tools, caulking guns, lightbulbs, plants in planters, a porch swing, patio chairs, a large sun umbrella, two wicker glass-top tables, and another patio set with umbrella. Golfers, take note, three golf bags full of clubs with lots of putters and drivers (perfect for a beginner or to donate), plus a huge amount of grade B and grade C practice golf balls. And if you have a small to medium dog, come see us: dog outfits, bowls, leashes, collars, elevated dog beds, transport cages, and an automatic dog waterer. The laundry room has a washing machine for sale, a stair stepper and an exercise cycle both in very good working order, a Samsung monitor and PC computer, Franklin Mint collectible plates, a Barbie, Hampton Bay LED solar pathway lights, Craftsman toolboxes and tools, wrenches, hammers, crescent wrench sets, adult protective underwear for men and women, and cleaning supplies including Mr. Clean, Brillo, Simple Green, vinegar and Comet. Don't let the size of the house fool you: there is so much to see here! And remember, extended hours both days and extended savings Saturday afternoon....and yes the curtains go too!
