Items include a John Deere lawn mower, Cub Cadet tractor, landscape trailer, vacuums, Honda motor, Milwaukee tools, Hilti tool, Eemax EX200TC hot water heater (new), Echo blowers, chainsaw, Poulan equipment, SunStar heater (new), tool cabinets, safe cabinet, Arro-Gun tool, miscellaneous motors, tiles, sealants, Isuzu engine filters, mattress (new), miscellaneous tools, bed liner paint, miscellaneous lighting, Chapin batteries, power supplies, speed reducer & a Liquidynamics oil extractor. The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown/not tested. The authenticity of items have not been verified or guaranteed on any/all items. Items are located in Wappingers Falls, NY.Payment is due by Wednesday, February 4 at 1PM.Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.Pickup must be completed by Sunday, February 8 at 5PM.**Pickup note: Buyers assume all risk & are responsible for complete removal of unit contents. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, February 8 at 5pm. There is no dumpster on the property for use by the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, February 8 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. The storage facility gate access closes at 10PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the unit & the gate access code must be picked up by Friday, February 6 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY.All lots sold as is, where is.
