The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, May 3 at 8PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. Any dumpsters on the property are for use by the storage facility only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, May 3 at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer with a minimum disposal fee of $300.
