Description:

This massive 3 day total estate liquidation sale is combo sale of the contents of a home, as well as an automotive and hardware shop's supplies and inventory. It is a very unique situation that has created an amazing opportunity for you to pickup some amazing bargains. We have machines and tools, building materials, shop supplies and machines, woodworking equipment, tons of tools new in the box, plus all the normal estate sale stuff like furniture, collectibles, co!ns, clothing, housewares, and much, much more. Look at the photos and decide for yourself, but I personally would not want to miss this sale! ******IMPORTANT SALE INFO PLEASE READ....this sale is massive and setup a little different than normal. --We cover all of New England and often get new customers that have not shopped with us before, or maybe just have never been to a professionally managed estate sale. To make things as STRESS FREE as possible for our customer, our buyers, and ourselves, we have tried to explain the entire process in this way too long explanation(sorry). Please call us anytime if you have questions at 833-sell4me (no texts go through). We are often working, driving, or knee deep in a shed full of stuff, so please call rather than text if you have questions. This sale is being conducted at store that will be closed during the days of the sale. Parking will be in the parking lot as there is plenty of space. We will attach a diagram of how and where to park in the last listing photo to show how to park, where to enter and exit the sale, where to pickup heavy items, sold items holding area etc. The house contents are in an apartment style home upstairs above the store. There is a staircase that is the only entrance (so be prepared to climb the stairs)and exit, and we will only be able to allow 25 shoppers inside at any given time. We will sell some of the furniture, but not all, as carrying big items down the stairs while a huge crowd of shoppers flows in and out isn't going to be practical. Items not for sale will be clearly marked such as couches, beds, large dressers, bookcases and displays, etc. There will be a tent in the back yard as well as in the driveway in case of rain or crazy hot sun, with tables to hold your sold items until checkout. As with any sale, there is only one checkout person and there will be a wait during busy times like first thing on Friday. Both tents will be holding areas for your items before you check out. This creates pressure for us as well, and if we weren't constantly dealing with shoplifters and people switching price tags, etc., we would not have to do it this way, but that's how it goes. The garage and basement are under the building and completely full of amazing items. Larger items like the milling machine, large lathe, compressor, etc., will need to be removed at the end of the day as we will need to clear space to get them out. After hours pickups just after the sale ends can be arranged on certain items to facilitate easy teardown and removal FAQ's for this sale Will there be a bathroom available? Yes, we will have a porta potty available Will there be help to carry items out? Due to the size of the event and staffing needs, we will be able to help with the tools and machines in the basement and shop area, but you are on your own carrying the items from the upstairs apartment. Bring bags and boxes if you need them. There is no place to "make piles" upstairs and sold items will need to be brought down by the customer. Where do we park? Parking will be in the store parking lot and a diagram will be posted in last photo spot to show how to park. There is plenty of parking and the areas near the sold area will be for loading only. Please follow attendant instructions. There is no special parking or handicapped areas and we are expecting a large turnout to be prepared to walk a little bit. Will everything be priced? As with every sale we do, we try to price as many items as possible. Due to the amount of items, we are unable to price every little thing but will price all items of significant value. How do we buy something large that we cannot carry right outside? You can have an attendant put a sold tag on a large item for you, but you may be asked to pay on the spot. We have had a rash of customers tagging items and not paying for them or changing their mind after the fact, which is not fair to other shoppers. If you tag it, you're taking it and should be prepared to pay immediately. Can we bring our own sold tags? NO. Unless prior arrangements have been made with us, we ask that you not tag items with your own sold tags so we can maintain order and efficiency. Why all the rules? We Are customers as well and there is nothing worse than an estate sale that is a free for all. Some companies flood the sale with so many people that its a fire hazard, people are taking other people's sold items, parking is a nightmare and you get blocked in by someone and can't get out for an hour, etc, etc. Yes its annoying (for us too!), but its better to have an orderly, efficient sale as opposed to a free for all. Please respect these simple policies and treat our staff and other shoppers with respect. WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE for people that start yelling and screaming, arguing with other shoppers, park where there not supposed to, etc. To ensure the safety of the event and provide a positive experience for all, anyone creating issues will be immediately removed, Please find a staff member if you feel someone is out of line or creating a potential issue, Rewards for anyone who catches a shoplifter. Can we bring our pets? NO. No animals of any kind are allowed at the sale or on the property. We are not picking up after your dog and other customers have allergies etc, NO ANIMALS. Can we bring our kids? This sale has a lot of tools, sharp objects and things that can hurt someone if not properly handled. An estate sale is not a place for a toddler to run around like they're at the playground. If you bring a child under 16 years old they must be under your direct control at all times, If your child is running around poking random people with a screwdriver(yes, this happened at our last sale) your entire party will be asked to leave. We take safety seriously and our estate sale isn't the place for your 8 year old to unwind. How will the co!n collection be priced? We will be lotting the co!ns up into large lots. EG state quarte$, proof sets, co!n books, etc. Please do not attempt to break up lots How will the beanie babies be priced? There are about 1140 beanies and they will be sold as 1 lot. We will NOT be selling them individually. Can we pick up a large item later? We can arrange for an end of sale pickup on larger items to make it easier to remove with less people around, but cannot extend sale hours or times other than an hour after closing with prior noticeHow much is item X? We unfortunately cannot give out prices before the sale. It is best to come to the sale. We normally will allow people to call in and buy items after 12pm the first day, but probably wont have a lot of time to be fielding phone calls. I live far away, but am interested in a large item. Can Iplace a bid or make an offer? Yes! We must give preference to those that show up in person. Let's say you want the snowblower tractor attachment but don't want to drive 4 hours and have it be sold before you get there. You can email us at dennis@cashformystuff.net with your contact phone number, the item of interest, and your offer. Once everyone that showed up in the morning and was on the sing up list gets through (9-12ish depending on weather and turnout), we will review any left bids and reach out to those customers if the item is still available. We will not sell any items to an online offer until after everyone that is on the list and waited to get into the saleis able to get through the house. Items must be paid in full via non refundable payment in order to hold for pickup. We are not trying to get into selling small value items online, we are offering this specifically on larger and or higher value items. to allow a further reach of potential clientele.Example: a baking dish is not something we can accommodate this on, but the tire machine is,This is only for one of a kind, higher end items. Please email offers only, we will get to them as soon as possible. If your offer is accepted and the item is available, when we call it will be from a 508 number and we will not be able to wait for you to call back if you don't answer Can you send me more photos or give me measurements of a specific item? Unfortunately, NO. We are very busy and cannot drive back up to the house just to measure an item or provide more photos. We get 50-150 questions like this for EACH sale and would be out of business if we went back and got these little details every time. We also can't measure hundreds of items and list thousands of photos per sale as its not efficient and we would need to charge retail prices to make that make sense financially. This is not meant to be rude, its reality. The purpose of the photos is to give people an idea of what is at the sale. Estate sales are quick, 1 or 2 day sales where we offer items at wholesale pricing in order to sell quickly, and with as little prep work as possible. We price all items aggressively and are not like other companies that need to leave good items for the cleanout guys or are unrealistic about actual values, and try to get crazy money for things. It is rare that someone attends our sales and leaves without something they wanted because of the price. Can I buy items before the sale? A lot of people try to buy things before the sale starts, and we just can't allow that as it wouldn't be fair. Everything goes on sale at 8am on Friday. What happens with the leftovers after the sale ends? Once the sale is over, it's over. If you are interested in purchasing items in bulk and want to buy the garage contents, or all the clothes that are left, etc...Come to the sale in person at the end of the final day. We have a lot of buyers for a variety of items and there are never any leftovers we "need to get rid of.". Most of the valuable items will sell and there will be some things leftover, but usually not expensive items. We are not doing a cleanout at this sale, so at 2pm Sunday, it's all over. Get there early for the best items! Will everything be priced? We will try to price as many items as possible, but due to the volume, there will be some items without pricing that we will add up at checkout.Do you donate any items? YES (not for this sale because there is no cleanout). We have a charity we work with that comes to sales at the end and purchases/receives a variety of items based on their current needs. If you work for, volunteer for, or manage a LEGITIMATE AND Verifiable CHARITY ORGANIZATION, we are happy to donate what we can that's leftover to help your cause. We cannot give away items to for profit thrift shops, dealers, etc. If someone locally has had a fire or total loss event, we are happy to set them up as well with clothing furniture, etc. Verifiable cases ONLY please!Where should I park? There will be signage as well as a diagram in the last sale phototo show how to park in the parking lot area and you can park legally on the side of the road adjacent to the property. Please park legally and respectfully. How does the pricing work? While there are always exceptions to every rule under the right circumstances, general industry practice at an estate sale is that on the first day, the prices are non-negotiable. Once the second day comes, the more you buy, the more you save. We price all items well below retail market value to allow for you to have enough "meat on the bone" for retail re-sale or a great deal for a private buyer and much less than you would pay if you walked into an antique store, etc. If you feel we are way off on something, feel free to ask.If I have questions, can I call? Sure, but don't expect us to be able to answer from 8am til almost noon on sale days as we are very busy checking out customers and dealing with customers in person. it is best to call us before the sale begins with any questions you may have. We get very busy and sometimes the sale is over before we can return calls and emails. Can I call or message to get on the list? No, you'll need to show up in person and add yourself to the list--THE LIST--we post a sign up list outside the night before the sale when we finish prep work sometime before midnight. This list determines the order we let people into the sale first thing in the morning when we open up at 8am.. Please do not wait outside the property the day before the sale. When we leave, usually after 9pm, we will post the list by the front door of the store,We normally can let the first 40 or so people enter, then one at a time until the line goes away. Please do not or start your own list. You do not have to get on the list, but if there is a long line its how we determine the order we let people into the house. Sometimes there are 50 or more people on the list when we open, sometimes there are 200. We don't know when we will finish up or what time the list will go up so best idea would be to get there early in the am, sign up and come back at 730ish to find parking and be ready when we open doors at 8am.--Once you sign the list, please remain near your vehicle and stay off the property as the home will be occupied until a couple hours before the sale. You're welcome to leave and come back, but we can't have people peeking in windows, peeing in the bushes, and doing things that make the neighbors call the police. There is no reason to go out back or venture around the property.surveillance cameras could trigger and alarm and police response.--There is always only 1 person cashing out customers. We will empty your bags or boxes and will see each item. Please be prepared to wait a few minutes to checkout during the busy times. The bargains are worth the wait!--We cannot allow anyone in early, there are no previews, and no prices can be given out, or any items sold before the sale. This makes it fair for everyone. We offer a bunch of things a lot of other estate companies don't....--We will have a porta potty available for your convenience as the house facilities are off limits. If you have a specific need related to this, reach out PRIOR to the sale to see if you can be accommodated.--Most sales are in private homes and not handicap accessible. If you reach out before we can let you know the layout and if it can accommodate a chair or walker etc. A chair can get around down below in the shop and basement area but not upstairs in the house part.-- We will be able to arrange a later pickup date if you can't take your large item right away. (must be paid in full to hold)--in order to get $25 off your purchase of $50 or more from sharing the sale on Facebook, you need to like AND follow Stress Free Estate Services' page and have at least 100 friends. This can be used one per share each day of the sale.--We will have some packing paper to make your trip home with your treasures a bit safer. Bring boxes or bags, you're going to need them!--No food, or drink, can be allowed in the home. We will have a trashcan to dispose of your coffees, or any other items before you enter if needed. This is an in-person estate sale where items are sold first come first served (so get there early) to the first person that gets the item and purchases it. There is no bidding or online sales, and we cannot ship items. We will allow you to make a pile of sold items, but do reserve the right to ask you to settle up at any time. If do choose to make a pile and have a pricing question, ask before you put the item aside. We assume if it's in your pile, you bought it(normal estate sale procedure). We cannot allow buyers to hold an item and think about it. It is either sold to you, or available for someone else to purchase.--All items are sold AS IS where is, and there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.-- Please handle all items carefully, we expect you to pay for any item you damage or break.--We cannot let you fire up the millennium falcon in the garage, but will make sure you can plug things in or start them up before you buy them. We want everyone to feel comfortable about their purchase, as there are no refunds or returns. It is up to you to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase before you make it.--PAYMENT METHODS-- We accept and prefer CASH, but will accept a credit card with a $50 minimum total purchase and 4% fee to cover the transaction costs if you run out of cash and want to keep buying. We can only accept a check only from customers we know. We do not take zelle, or paypal.--It is WICKED BAD to steal. We have cameras, we have people watching.. PLEASE DO NOT STEAL . We will prosecute you, etc!--Please do not open cabinets and drawers, or closets that are taped off. Everything for sale is out in the open. We cannot have people pulling up floorboards and crawling into the attic looking for George Washington's wig, or a lost copy of the Declaration of Independence.--You enter the property at your own risk. The company or propertyowner not responsible for accident or injury. This is an old house with winding halls, narrow passages, old stairs and the attic has nails sticking out everywhere. Please don't touch or play with tools or sharp objects. We suggest that you do not bring small children to an estate sale. Any minor must be accompanied by a grown up and under their direct control at all times.--PLEASE be cool! Estate sales should be fun!We have a Zero Tolerance policy for, and will not tolerate aggressive behavior towards staff, or other customers (pushing and shoving, yelling, arguing over items, etc.). Whatever situation that may arise, please be polite to the staff and other customers at all times. It gets crazy sometimes, but it's always fun, always tons of deals, and stress free if you let it be. If you see something or someone out of line, please say something so we can make it safe and fun for everyone. Reward for a tip leading to a shoplifter.--Thank you, and we hope to see you at the sale!
