Essanay Studio , the first movie studio in California was located here. Visit our town square where the original Nilesrailway station islocated. You may wish to take a ride on the Niles Railway which will take you from Niles to Sunol and back. However, start your visit at Niles Antiques which prides itself in being a real antique store with the majority of our items being true antiques ( 100 years or older) . We do offer a large selection of vintage items (40 years old older). Our 12 dealers love to shop and find wonderful items for you to purchase to make your home truly beautiful and unique.
