We have approximately 90% of the contents of the house moved out onto the front lawn for easy viewing and pickup.

All clothing, linens, towels, and textiles have been bagged and are available by the bag, or buy the entire lot. There are over 30 bags available. Take everything for only $1,000.

All furniture displayed on the front lawn is $100 or less per item.

Featured items include:

• Ficks Reed rattan furniture set including sofa, two end tables, ottoman, coffee table, all cushions in excellent condition, plus two glass table tops still in the original boxes. Asking $400 for the entire set or best offer.

• Vintage steel patio set from the 1960s in amazing condition including table, six chairs, bench, and side table. Asking $400.

• Honda generator only $200.

• Tons of boxes of contents ready to dig through. Buy individual items or take an entire box for only $20.
